Who am I? Wow, this is the BIG question! Having spent more than a half-century getting to the experiential answer (not quite there yet), I’ve gained some insight.

Along my journey’s path, I have trod many roads and studied a whole bunch of philosophies/paths. Included in these studies have been a broad range of experiences including shamanism, Kabballah, the 12 Step path, movement work, Rolfing, energy medicine, and . . . While I started my work career as an accountant, I moved into counseling and received a master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology. I have been a practicing shaman for more than thirty years, have studied many forms of energy medicine, and have been certified in multiple disciplines and levels.

Currently, I am working (quite slowly) toward a PhD in Integrative Medicine at Quantum University. On my road, I’ve embraced lots of practices aimed at increasing my spirituality and have spent many years seeking to understand myself, correct false beliefs, clear traumas, be present, and (most importantly) not hold on to Anything. I’ve done a lot of healing, growth, transformation, and a lot of just plain getting healthy. No matter what I studied, or experienced, nothing quite fit. It took me a long time to realize (and accept) that my path was MY path. It is all about me – my Sole path. Aend, yours is all about you – no one else.
